Prophet Muhammad said, “The person who has the weight of a mustard seed of pride in his heart, will not enter Jannah. Sahaaba asked, ‘If a person likes his clothing and shoes to be beautiful/superior, will this be regarded as pride?]. Nabi SAW said, ‘Allah is certainly beautiful and he loves beauty. Pride is rejecting the truth and disrespect for people [due to arrogance]" (Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 91)
