DEFINITION OF A TRUE DEVOTE Saint Tulsidas says: "Grasth main jo rahe udaas, vohi PRABH ka sacha das." He explains that we should invoke love of God and feel pangs of separation if we sincerely want to be true devotees of God. Even though we may be leading very comfortable life having huge wealth, mansions, real estate, staff and very happy family, yet we must keep a low profile. We must feel at heart that we are missing something more valuable than that, viz. love for God. In our hearts there must be yearning to meet Him and should feel lonely at times, in His rememberance. In the following line, Christ lays stress upon the advice. "Blessed are those who mourn" Despite all possessions of comfort in this world, a true devotee of God feels pangs of separation from Him when sitting alone, and thereby mourns in silence.
